The Early Bird period for the Garmin Round Denmark Race 2024 is concluding December 11 2023 at midnight. To obtain the best possible price on the GRDR 2024 entry fee and take advantage of the full 50% discount a registration is needed before Monday 11/12-2024 becomes Tuesday 12/12-2024.
GRDR Racers on both courses
At this moment 15 skippers have signed up for the greatest challenge of the season as we consider Garmin Round Denmark Race to be. 9 are singlehaned of whom 2 are racing offshore while 7 are on the inshore course. 4 crews are registered for the Fully Crewed events 2 starting out of Esbjerg on August 1st. and out of Aarhus on August 3rd. Finally a single 2Star boat has registered on the inshore course.
1 Dutch skipper, 3 German, 4Swedish and 7 Danish are registered on Monday DEC 11 at noon.
10 days racing for only € 149
In practical terms, a solo sailor can join Northern Europe's longest and most challenging offshore sailing race for only 149 euros, covering either 640 nautical miles inshore or 750 nautical miles offshore. For single-handed sailors, participation can extend up to 10 days.
Even bigger discounts for fully crewed boats
Furthermore, if you're participating with a fully crewed team, our price limit policy comes into play. Crew members 5 and beyond enjoy a 100% discount. Essentially, the entry fee remains constant whether you have 4 or 14 individuals racing around Denmark.
