As we have lost radio and cell phone contact with Bouwe Bekking and crew the following is qualified estimates. We have no confirmed starting time but our best estimation says 3PM. Childhood 1 is heading north doing between 15 and 20 knots. The wind is some 20 knots southerly gusting up to 30 knots - so everything is nice and quite on board we guess. Right now the boat is west of Hvidesande as the boat passed by the most western point of Denmark approximately at 4:55 PM. The distance to Skagen the most northern point of Denmark is 165 NM and the ETA is between 2 an 4 AM monday morning.
